Shipping and Returns
Orders that exceed a weight of 20 kg will need to be packed in two or more packages. Obviously, this has consequences for shipping costs, but in this way you can be assured that the products will be delivered properly.
Products with a length of more than 175 cm cannot be shipped as a package. For these products longer than 175 cm, a freight charge will be charged.

Returning goods
Within 14 days of receipt you must report possible shortcomings by e-mail to info@bakkertrailerparts.nl. We will no longer process reports of shortcomings after 14 days and the consequences will be for your own account. All adjustments you make to the product, as well as damage as a result of testing and the like, will invalidate the right of return.
You can return your return shipment at your own expense or deliver it to us. However, we will pay the return costs if we have made a mistake during the delivery. You must first report this by email to info@bakkertrailerparts.nl. Please state:
- the packing list number
- the item number
- the number of quantity
- the reason for the return
- the choice (new product, money back, etc.).
If possible, we will send you a new product, or your purchase amount will be refunded within a few days using the payment method with which the order was paid.
